Job Description

We are seeking a talented and innovative Brand Manager to lead the growth and development of our brand. As a key member of our marketing team, the Brand Manager will be responsible for shaping and executing strategies that elevate our brand presence, increase market share and drive customer loyalty. Your expertise in brand positioning, product development, and cross-functional collaboration will be crucial in maintaining consistency and ensuring our brand resonates with target audiences. 

Brand Manager Responsibilities: 

•   As a Brand Manager you’ll develop and execute brand strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and growth, directly impacting sales performance.
• Lead the creation and execution of retail marketing campaigns that align with brand goals, sales and objectives. 
• Brand Managers are responsible for collaborating with product, sales and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all vital points and contribute to sales growth.
• Manage and track brand performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize sales results.
• Oversee the development of brand assets, including advertising materials, and product packaging, to enhance the brand’s market presence and drive sales. 
• Maintain strong relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure high quality execution of brand initiatives.   

Brand Manager Qualifications:

• Experience in Marketing, Business, or related fields preferred. 
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• A creative mindset with the ability to assist in turning ideas into practical, actionable plans.
• Problem solver who is an expert at rolling up your sleeves and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.  
• Skilled at managing multiple tasks and staying on top of deadlines. 
• Ability to stay organized and complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Proven experience in leading branding projects and successfully managing sales teams.
