What You'll Be Doing:
We're hiring both setters and closers for our outside sales team:

• Knock doors and speak with homeowners about the benefits of solar
• Set appointments for solar consultations (setters)
• Close deals and walk customers through the switch to solar (closers)
• Work alongside an energetic sales team in a fast-paced environment
• Attend daily solar sales training and skill development sessions

Who We're Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and desire to grow in sales
• Positive, coachable attitude
• Excited by performance-based income
• Prior outside sales or solar sales experience is a plus (but not required)
• Must be comfortable working face-to-face in the field

Compensation:
This is a 100% commission opportunity with no cap on your earnings. Our average sales rep earns $2,500–$4,500 weekly, with top performers earning more.
