Laclede Inc. is a leading contract manufacturer of private label and custom formulations, based in Southern California. For more than 40 years, Laclede has produced products from industry leading dry mouth product to private label products for clients ranging from Fortune 500 CPG corporations and up-and-coming entrepreneurs to the leading retailers all over the globe.

What We Are Looking For:
Charismatic, quick-thinking part time, event professionals to represent our brand at upcoming trade shows and conventions both in California and across the country. This role is ideal for people who are passionate about health care, enjoy engaging with consumers and professionals, and thrive in fast-paced social environments. 

What You’ll Be Doing:
Duties include the following (other duties may be added):

• Engage hundreds of attendees daily and drive qualified traffic to our booth
• Deliver powerful 30–60 second pitches with accurate product descriptions
• Assisting with or responsible for preparing and managing all aspects of at show site responsibilities (from setup to breakdown and ship out).
• Represent our brand to healthcare providers and consumers with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Help maintain an inviting, high-traffic booth atmosphere
• Provide responses to product questions with confidence and accuracy
• Able to travel to trade shows nationwide and work a flexible schedule
• Collaborating with the Marketing and Management teams to maintain brand standards and delivering an exceptional experience. 

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum of High School Diploma. Associates degree preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in trade shows, healthcare industry background a bonus.
• Fluent in English with s trong communication and interpersonal skills
• Natural ability to connect with people quickly
• High stamina and outgoing personality
• Professional appearance and polished communication
• Flexibility to travel and work weekends/events
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

What You’ll Will Receive:

• Compensation based on an hourly rate up to $22 per hour, depending on experience
• Travel to fun locations (flights/hotels covered)
• Per diem meal allowance
