Job Title: Private Equity Real Estate Fund Manager Location: Lehi, Utah (In-Person) Salary: $130,000-$140,000/year

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Private Equity Real Estate Fund Manager to oversee and manage our real estate investment funds. This key leadership role requires expertise in fund management, budgeting, asset management, financial structuring, and exit strategy execution. The successful candidate will work closely with executives, city officials, and financial institutions to drive the success of our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fund Management: Lead and oversee real estate investment funds, ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
  • Budgeting & Cost Management: Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets in collaboration with the team. Ensure cost efficiency for construction and asset management.
  • Asset Management: Oversee the financial performance and operational success of real estate projects, including working with CO (Certificate of Occupancy) processes.
  • Exit Strategy Development: Formulate and execute exit strategies for real estate investments, maximizing returns for stakeholders.
  • Executive Collaboration: Work closely with company executives to align investment strategies with corporate goals.
  • Entitlements & City Relations: Collaborate with municipalities to secure entitlements and ensure project approvals.
  • Lending & Financial Structuring: Partner with the CFO to secure financing and optimize capital structures for projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate fund management, private equity, or asset management.
  • Strong understanding of real estate financial modeling, budgeting, and cost analysis.
  • Experience working with construction costing and managing real estate development projects.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute exit strategies.
  • Strong relationships with financial institutions, city officials, and industry stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
