Job Description

Our client, a leading asset manager, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to support one of our C-Suite Executives. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing the executive's day-to-day productivity and effectiveness, ensuring smooth operations both professionally and personally. The ideal candidate is a confident self-starter with exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.

***Qualified candidates will be coming directly from a Personal Assisting role to a c-suite executive within finance. Only qualified candidates will be considered.*** 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive personal calendar management. 
  • Plan and coordinate all personal/family travel, inclusive of domestic and international flights, hotels, activities, and reservations.
  • Communicate effectively with estate and property staff.
  • Actively engage with Board of Directors members on behalf of the executive.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and follow-up communications.
  • Serve as gatekeeper and liaison between the executive and internal/external staff. 
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with personal tasks, errands, and occasional household management duties.
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming communications (email, phone, mail) and respond on behalf of the executive as appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in asset management 
  • Strong knowledge of hotels, restaurants, and social clubs in NYC and surrounding
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Professional demeanor and client-facing confidence

What We Offer:

  • $115,000 - 130,000 base salary 
  • Competitive, discretionary bonus (15-25% or market average)
