Parts Assistant - KIA North - ICL Autos

KIA North, an International Cars, Ltd., Inc. Company, isseeking a Parts Assistant to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our maintenance and operations departments by ensuring timely and accurate inventory management, parts tracking, and procurement support. Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, catalog, and organize incoming parts and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels using our internal tracking system.
• Assist with ordering and restocking of parts based on usage and forecasted needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
• Issue parts to mechanics and technicians as needed, ensuring proper documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parts room or warehouse.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and participate in cycle counts.
• Support the Maintenance Manager or Parts Manager with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly attitude
• Flexible schedule to cover store hours
• Must have a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
