AC Hotel Chesterfield is currently seeking an Executive Housekeeper to join our Housekeeping team. The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms while providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests. They are responsible for keeping the team on track, creating boards, inventory control, and cleanliness scores. The Executive Housekeeper at AC Hotel Chesterfield in Missouri plays a pivotal role in maintaining the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This leadership position involves overseeing the housekeeping team, ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained, and managing inventory control and cleanliness scores. The Executive Housekeeper is also responsible for training staff, creating work schedules, and responding to special guest requests, all while upholding the hotel's commitment to attentive and efficient service. Responsibilities

• Obtain executive housekeeper’s signature on his/her work assignment sheet
• Clean rooms to hotel standards
• Inspect room for safety hazards & for the operating conditions of equipment
• Check for damaged linens
• Report lost and found articles and maintenance problems to a supervisor
• Prepare rooms for guest arrivals and respond to special guest requests
• Record room status on work assignment sheets
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience required
• Attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience
• Ability and flexibility to work weekends and holidays
