Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our high-end dental practice. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the patient experience by coordinating treatment plans, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that all patient interactions reflect our commitment to exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication between patients and the dental team regarding treatment options, financial arrangements, and appointment scheduling.
  • Assist patients with insurance verification and claims, providing clear explanations of coverage and assiting with other financing options.
  • Follow-up with patients to ensure satisfaction with treatment and address any concerns.
  • Work collaboratively within the dental team to promote a positive work environment and enhance patient care.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Previous experience in a dental office setting as a Treatment Coordinator.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with dental software and procedures.
  • Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills.

Salary $30-$35 an hour, depending on experience.

Monday through Thursday: 7:30 - 5:00

Friday: 7:30 - 1:00
