Location: You will have the flexibility to work fully remote from anywhere across East Coast

Pay: Starting at $120,000 + incentives depending on experience

About the role

As a Capacity Business Partner , you will collaborate with executives, solution line leaders, business stakeholders, and teammates to help drive staffing efficiencies across the assigned Solution Line in this highly visible role. We will count on you to manage a team of Capacity Planners, providing guidance, standardization, and efficiency improvements in their daily responsibilities. Along the way, you will get to:

  • Build relationships with practice leaders to understand and align with their business objectives in relation to staffing 
  • Partner effectively with Solution Line Business Leaders, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Finance to build and drive a rolling workforce hiring plan across the assigned Solution Line (which includes staffing strategy, pipeline needs, overall prioritizations, etc.) 
  • Partner with larger Sales Teams, Project Managers, Team Leads, Operations, and other department stakeholders to obtain a proactive, accurate demand view to understand resource needs, timing and priorities 
  • Review open demand with Capacity Planners and determine the best sourcing strategy if unable to fill internally

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in capacity planning, resource management, or a related field
  • Prior experience working with a large, global, IT consulting provider
  • Prior experience with leading a team 
  • Experience with resource planning software, capacity planning, and other relevant tools
