Drive excellence behind the scenes! As the Assistant Director of Operations, you will support operational leadership and collaborate with departments to ensure seamless execution of events, services, and experiences. You will help lead teams, manage logistics, and implement strategic initiatives to exceed guest and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Director of Operations in managing day-to-day venue operations
Coordinate event logistics and oversee operational execution
Lead, train, and develop supervisory and hourly staff
Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company standards
Liaise with culinary, premium, and guest services teams
Analyze and improve operational workflows and financial performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
5-7 +years of experience in premium foodservice, venue, or event operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems (e.g., POS, inventory software)
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
