Job Description



RESPEC is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant / Receptionist in our Fairbanks, AK location.

The Administrative Assistant / Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while ensuring smooth daily operations of the office. Responsibilities include answering and directing calls, greeting guests, handling inquiries, managing mail and office supplies, coordinating meetings and catering, maintaining tidy common areas, and supporting general administrative tasks.

Qualifications



The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience with Office365
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly and professionally
  • Demonstrated knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
